What, you don't like scented candles, baskets of girly lotions and potions and shelves of hair care products? It sounds like a dream bathroom to me. I told her you were thinking about redoing your room. As a nice gesture she's up there right now painting it pink and decorating with throw pillows. Don't tell her I told you. She really wants you to be surprised.

I drank a huge red bull before practice. I'm patiently waiting for the ambien to kick in.

That is so funny I can come back with nothing except a little smiley rolling on the floor acting hysterical. Even that isn't enough to express how much I like the terminology and the actual "gypsy speedball". I have so few vices left.

I know it's shocking but I actually had real stuff to do in the brick and mortar world. Mostly it involved Roller Derby and the "Roller Punks" a Jr. Derby league that we started a few weeks ago that I help out with. There's about 80-100 kids from about 5-17. I was pretty proud of my little "sack of potatoes". By the end of the day she was up and skating with no hand holding and falling forward on all fours when the whistle blew.

We did an appearance at a school in front of 300 kids. A few of my team mates and I got to demonstrate how to play derby on carpet skating around four tables. The kids went nuts. It was pretty cool.

I've also started going to practice extra on Sunday night and am showing up at scrimmage during the day. The new class of newbies are in, and I volunteered to help Tuesday and Thursday's. Potentially this means Derby Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Although only two of those days are "required".
