We just got denied service at the Peppermill sportsbook saying "this app is only for locals and that I would need to build up 6 months of casino action to open an account".

Red pill me on how legal this is.

Interesting word in this context. Sharps. Haven't thought about it for awhile. Sharps. Posting forum sharps.

Leads to this interesting (to me) line of thought:

I assume we all know there are posting forum people who would self-identify as sharp who are not actually sharp. BUT would the number of posting forum people who are identified by others as sharp - who aren't actually sharp - be higher or lower than the self-proclaimers.

You could probably get a lawyer, but I'm not sure what good that would do. You'd just get your account closed after a few bets even if they allowed you to open one. They're a bit gun shy with LV players going up there now.

Pic never gets old with GL's veggie poster! You need to find a real job my friend! Maybe say being self-employed and opening up you're own book! Hopefully you won't deny service to any prospective customers illegally! :dunno:

Season 2 of Narcos is basically a season-long ethical/philosophical examination of the question: can the ends justify the means?

My take-away? Yes, sometimes they can.

The only question being an exceptionally tricky one: who decides when it's okay?

Me obviously, but who else?????
