Instead of trying to solve the problem, the IRS just wanted to make sure that we made their tax payments for them. Even gave us a special account to put the money in.

Of course the IRS/Government doesn't want to solve that problem. They get hundreds of millions of SS taxes every year on fake SS #'s that they never have to give back via SS.
