Did you travel a lot as a kid?

My childhood experience was almost identical to yours, IAG, minus ANY hotel stays, and add a couple older sisters.

Long summer road trips with a camper, my dad's ever-present road-rage, and the smell of campfires and mildew embedded into denim for weeks.

We traveled a lot, probably every other summer from age 5 to 18 but mostly it was a cabin or hotel since none of us were into roughing it except for my little brother. They were good vacations, lots of great memories, mostly out east (north and south) and Michigan UP, also went to Disney World one year and the Smoky Mountains another year. Never out west though which is where I have spent that majority of my adult life travelling.

Would like to see more out there in the middle of nowhere, Montana and Wyoming. Some interest in going to Spain and Italy, possibly Greece, but that will likely be much later.

we used to drive Reliant into the mountains

My father hated this car. Would also be the 1st car I'd drive. Looks remarkably stylish to me now :dunno:
