The Customer Service at these books never ceases to amaze me.

Me: okay
Steve: hello how much you looking to send
Steve: see i can get boos to appr 40%
Me: what are the limits on it?
Steve: welli is 100to 300
Steve: but always make exceptions if more
Me: 300 dollars!!?!? ( I thought this was LOW )
Steve: ok i can give 40%on that
Steve: western union or money gram
Me: that was a question ....
Me: hence the question mark
Steve: would you like wu or mg to send
Me: I'd like to send more
Steve: ok
Steve: how much more
Steve: bud ( here Steve is being a tough guy )

The more I talk to this wall the more I don't want the 40% FP. He wants me to also include what is in the acc in the RO which is about 10k.
 
I dread having to talk to CS reps at offshore books, dealing with CS reps at big UK & Australian bookies is usually very pleasant and without the hassle of dealing with people whose first language is not Ingles.
 
seriously plommer I'll post the rest here in a second this guy is a fucking idiot when it comes to english. I wonder if the owners of these books realize how pathetic their company comes off when they have people like this. I don't get how these low end books don't realize what they need to grow and get more revenue. But then again that is why they are so easy to beat.
