The Women's team from Stanford used to work out and scrimmage with the Palo Alto high school boy's team to try to improve, but both sides agreed that if they played a game the boys team would crush them. This was a few years back, but I figure the quality of both college women and high school boys has risen since then.

Any mens college team would just dunk all over the ladies. Also athleticism and quickness would be a huge factor.
A 6'0" point guard could post up and back down anyone in the womens game, it wouldn't even be fair.
