The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals granted an emergency stay of the requirement by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration that those workers be vaccinated by Jan. 4 or face mask requirements and weekly tests.

Of course this from yesterday could be overturned but I think in Biden's best self interest he should just accept it as not the best battle to keep fighting. I don't think Dr Jill any time soon will be going back on her vaccine advocacy tour.

Did you see any of the Mich-Indiana game last night. TV was proud to show the scoreboard showing I think 109,890 in attendance. Then they panned around and no masks. I still wear a mask in Publix though. That's not really hard to do IMO.
 
Enforcement varies wildly here. Some places don't even ask to see your shiz even though they have signs saying it's required (McDonald's for example), others pretend to look at your documents (Cineplex's Rec Room) or merely look that the name on your "passport" matches your ID (Ikea). The only place that's been anal about checking everything is the velodrome.
