The 'victim' is a bully who grabbed the masked guy's face and was trying to snatch his phone. This is when the guy grabbed the idiot's arm and headbutted him. He was in no position to turn around. He should have remained at his seat and none of that would have happened.

Here's another thing, requiring proof of vaccination for entry/participation. That's effing insane. Certain communities, specifically blacks, have extremely low vaccination rates. Anyone who believes this is or should be the practice going forward is likely just using it as a proxy for what is quite obviously their racism.
