Yeah I described Peanut as little - I got that impression somewhere along the line. But he looks like he's maybe not as little as I was thinking. Hard to say; there is nothing in those pics for perspective.

Got her from shelter/foster care place! Was told she was a Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu mix! Took her right to vet and he said absolutely no sign of her being a SS/Golden! Said she was 8 weeks old but judging by her size vet now says she probably was more like 5-6 weeks!

Might get that DNA test to find out for sure but IOO we think she's a Shetland Sheepdog/Golden Ret mix! Her personality traits are exact ShetS and bigger size and when ears down look kinda like Golden!

Yes Muddy, reading above post we figured Peanut good name for a small dog! We are pleasantly surprised though! SSheep should be 20-25 while Golden can be 55-75 pounds! Vet says she should be 45 pounds but we spoil her and around 60 pounds right now! RJ's correct, she's plump!

She's such a cool dog! Always wants to play! Loves walks (like in freezing weather too) :facepalm:

Leary of strangers but once she gets to know you she's fine! She liked RJ! Notice who's smoking a cig! :nono:
