I just don't understand why you would let yourself look like that. Lip waxing is $7 every other week. A blow dryer costs $20 to buy and a box of hair dye is what? $10? My point is that it doesn't take much effort or cost to look partially better. And even if you are okay with how you look (I don't see how she can be okay with how she looks) you have to realize how the way you look makes other perceive you.

Maybe b/c I am 92.4% drug free these days. Or maybe b/c I borrowed over 200k for an education (and have to pay it back). Or maybe b/c all the band I REALLY like are mad old and don't tour and/or are dead, but I just don't get jazzed up about seeing live music.

Very few bands I would shell out to see. Fat groupies don't do it for me either.
