The Super Regionals are underway..

Several surprises have advanced..

However, Florida State pounded UCONN 24-4 today. Embarrassing on several levels in my opinion. I love stepping on the throat and throttle, but this was a little too much..

I think the UCONN bat boy was pitching at the end of the game. Not a good look..

Awesome to see West Virginia advancing and having a terrific season so far..

Not many expected this..

Bovada has the best odds in my opinion and does a great job of keeping scores as current as possible..

Tennessee is the favorite to win it all..

Aluminum bats

We used wood in high school and college in practice. The aluminum and other types were preferred and dangerous. I wouldn’t have wanted to be a 3rd baseman or a pitcher for that matter..

I know they’ve changed a lot recently..

Ceramic has been very popular..

Really wish they’d all go only wood..

10 NCST at 7 Georgia winner tonight advances. Plenty of best seeds still in it. Weather sure makes it hard for northern colleges to get the best players.

Didn't realize Tenn and Kent were that good at bases. Could be a good state rivalry if they make it to the finals. Blitty moves there and everything improves!

Remember early-early childhood it was West area thing with USC dominating. Then Miami followed by Texas were always good and LSU comes to mind of late always being in the running.
