It makes me wonder...what would someone do if they were rescued after an experience like this (assuming they would not be hospitalized)? Would they eat a steak first, make love, light a candle in a church or say a prayer, get drunk, or just mind their normal everyday business again? I was once trapped in a bathroom when I was a teenager and completely lost it (claustrophobic...the bathroom was in a department store at a mall and did not even have a window). I still remember to this day how scared I was. This is nothing compared to the miners' accident.
