I thought about the crazy chicken lady all morning. You can't deny her passion, but terribly orchestrated speech. I was more affected by the "Don't eat anything with a face." campaign.
Even if her chicken's name IS Snow, she should have used a name which invokes more empathy. Sylvia perhaps. A name like someone's mother or grandmother might have. "Her name is Sylvia." "Her name is Beatrice."
Don't use an inanimate object...especially one that might invoke negative feelings for the many that are digging out their shovels about now. Not well thought out. "Her name is Snow." Bwhahahaha.
