Plommer, her voice is normal. She says "home" with 5 syllables. I get to see her so little with working so many hours (84 the last 7 days).
Perfect example. I am in bed with Jen this morning and 8AM my phone rings. The head chef left his keys to the restaurant miles away, so I had to get out of bed and go open the restaurant. Mind you, I had myself scheduled to be there today at 2.

The cool things is I do all budgets and payroll. It's like fantasy restaurant as I set a weekly lineup.
Hiring an attractive bartender this week to take my spot. That should be fun.

Was supposed to be there this weekend but with the new job title, I couldn't get away. I literally have been working to the point of nausea this last 2 weeks.

Until I get all the info I need to maintain at this restaurant, I won't have time for any fun.

I am still working like crazy. We launched a new menu today at the restaurant. Been spending a lot of time catching up with vendors and trying new product.

Fired the head chef as well. That was a fun day.

I get to see Jen (my new female friend) between 8PM and 4:30AM on Sundays lately.

I was sick last week for a hot minute as well.

All I all, my life has become all about work. Bacon, call me anytime pal.

Bacon, our butternut squash ravioli in a sage and roasted red pepper cream sauce is really good. The gnocchi in a pesto sauce is tasty.

Our Bolognese sauce is meaty.

It's a good spot all around Bacon.
