Skyler's scenes in season 5 are almost unbearable to watch. Fokken chilling.

There used to be this thin separation between Walt's acts and their consequences - Walt and the gang are usually oblivious and/or don't care. Which is already disturbing enough for the viewer. But it's not nearly as disturbing as seeing the complete horror on Skyler's face as she becomes increasingly aware of the scope of their fokked-up-edness.

That Anna Gunn is one hell of an actress.

I'm not even sure I "like" this show anymore. There are bits of great cinema in there every week, but fok.

Scarface feels like a cartoon compared to Breaking Bad's darkness. Walt seems to think so too.

It seemed like she was starting to embrace it. How does she do what she tried with Ted and become scared of Walt? She knew he was in danger. What did she expect?

Hopefully, Mike and Jesse kill off the whole family. I hate Walt. I hope Mike skins him and uses him for a lampshade.

Fuck the sopranos. You would love the wire. All about corruption and power, politics and drugs. How it's all connected. "the game"

is it coherently "real"? i hate these shows that exaggerate and solve everything in the hour, like those csi shows the murder was solve by a hair strand that was stuck in the teeth of a dog that was caught by the keen eye of the super detective, shit like that is boring

Rogatien - The Wire is the realest shit you'll ever watch. It doesn't even feel like you're watching TV. It uses no cheap tricks whatsoever.

Monkey - there's quite a fokken gap between Skyler's failed reverse-extortion attempt and what Walt's been doing. She was quickly overwhelmed by how sordid her hubby's secret life turned out to be. If you remember, he originally sold it to her as this perfectly safe manufacturing job.

I do not like her new reactions to things. He obviously would never do anything to his family. Not to mention, dudes slingin pounds of meth and working with drug lords, the fok she think is going on? It's not like their handing out candy. You mean to tell me she honestly had no clue things were going to get messy? Do your homework woman, your in a whole nother world now.
Bold statement.

Think about it, Walt has lead her to believe that what he's doing is safe. Sure she has her doubts but u can see that Walt has made an effort to keep work and home life separate. I think the full gravity of what she's gotten herself into sank in when on the phone to Walt at Hanks house when Hanks life was being threatened and that other thing happened (not spoiling too much).

On the other hand Skyla had her theories but didnt want to claim the reality from off her worst fears. Then again, who would??

I'm just saying, I think that anyone with half a mind would know that something would eventually go wrong,
if one cannot see that, they are nieve. IMO

But it's a tv show, and I am supposed to make believe this is all valid and true. (for the sake of the show and enjoyment of course.)

She also thought that the guys that shot Hank were after Walter, and she knew that he was in danger when they all went to Hank's. Walt even told her that it might be the last time he sees her...

I guess I would expect for her to be relieved rather than scared of him. :dunno:

Even though he's a paranoid idiot most of the time.

huge percentage of drugs retailed in US is by respectable business man looking type that one would never guess

manhattan is fukkin crazy

:greencheck:
may have shared this in past but back during our building boom (8-9 yrs a go) we were trimming average 3 houses a week ( mucho dinero for the bossman) guarenteed work lined up.... subdivisions going up all over...

then about time it started to slow down there was a grow house bust in a rental house of the builder we did 80% of work for...
which led to 5 more grow houses being discovered... no one living there just full of plants and high end gear producing high end weed.
about 5 folks went down for it... the builder was never charged ( smart enough to keep his nose just clean enough to avoid charges)
and employed a pro grower to do dirty work, and more then likely paid a good amount of hush money to him also

.... fast forward a few months and another big time builder, multiple business owner gets set up by 1 of the other 5 guys who turned informant to buy 5 kilos from undercover DEA agent at a rest stop on I-75.... BOOM 5 yrs to the door
informant scott free going around town like nothing happened:ouimonsieur:

after the shit hit the fan with those builders my boss had no work. So I went to work for myself :megaman: :mmike:
