Fractions are not bad, since Woodbine converted to a polytrack it has become noticeably slower.

One of the biggest race days of the year, handle will be big.

Woodbines handle is decent most days anyway - Woodbine is regularly simulcast throughout the USA and all pools include simulcast wagers.
