Boys, I’m cautiously optimistic that my flight will make it to NYC by 2:00 or 3:00 PM today (was originally scheduled to land at JFK at 11:00 AM).

I got basically no sleep, but can power through that.

Against all odds, we made it. Sat on the runway for like 10 minutes waiting for a break in the crosswinds but other than that, it was great!

We took the 5 (or was it the 4) train to Grand Central and then jumped on the 7 to Citi Field.

Great ballpark. Lobster rolls and hot pastrami were deluxe. Got to watch Donnie allow Tanner Scott to walk the bases loaded and watch our Marlins meltdown but we were there to experience the ballpark and we had some very hospitable Mets fans sitting by us.

Big day today!

Gonna hit the Nike store in the Flatiron District after some bagels, then take a train up to the area where The Dakota and Strawberry Fields is, then go to the Hudson Yards train stop and see The Vessel then walk the High Line down to Chelsea Market

Looking forward to catching Judge’s 62nd HR Friday night!
