So 1st month or so felt great on my "diet". Like my body needed that. Lost maybe 8lbs. Felt good doing the intermittent fasting.
But after, meh, sometimes feel like missing something, wanting something etc, and staying about same place weight wise.
Maybe body getting tired of the too much salads n shit :dunno:
 
100km ride completed 🥳 Had to break it up in two sessions though, I got a flat 35kms in 🤦‍♂️ Called AAA/CAA and they brought a full tow truck 😆 Tow guy was amused, was his first pedal bike ever
