So Betonline sent me a $20 free play in the casino with a 60x rollover.

I know. The odds of getting through that are very slim.

Well I did. Played 240 hands at $5 a hand. Ended up with $85.

So when I went to see if I could just move it into the horse account, it said I only played $67.50 worth of rollover requirement. Now that’s insane.

So I call them. Casino doesn’t take phone calls. Only live chat. Well I’ve now done 3 separate conversations on live chat totally 90 minutes of my day, and nothing has even come close to being rectified.

I’ve used them for years sporadically. Obviously not anymore. If they can’t get shut straight for something this small, it’s obvious they aren’t worth my business.
