Well as many of you know you my girl and I called it splits.

I'm looking for the best options to sell the engagement ring I bought her because seeing anything that had anything to do with us is hurtful, plus I could use the cash.

It is a $2262.49 white gold ring with, I think it's 2 carat total in diamonds. Beautiful ring. I guess reusing it on someone else when/if that is ever applicable would defeat the whole purpose of getting hitched.

Looking for a pretty quick result and best value possible.

I know that this is all cued up for sarcastic/funny responses but I'm being serious, does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing and/or have any recommendations.

You can try to bring it back to the store to see if they'll offer you any kind of a deal. Sometimes, they'll give you part of your money back or only be willing to give you so much for another purchase. They may offer you so much for the diamond, but not want the gold or vice/versa. Pawn shops suck at getting any money back for rings. There's always ebay, but that's shady at times.

Good advice.

Play the sob story with the store and see how much you can get back for it. The scrap value (which is basically all you're going to get on eBay or a pawn shop) is markedly less than the retail value so try your best with the store.
