Who really wants to play a -500 ML though? Gay.

How are you going to work 2nd half plays into this if it's about people tailing? Gay.

Sides and totals. ML if it's a dog or soccer/tennis. Anything else is just puffery. People like Sammy over on SBR would play -400 and 500 ML's every day to try to pad their record. Nothing made me think less of a man in my life than grading that Best Bet thread and seeing Sam's -450 ML plays day after day after day. What a homosexual way to be.

These are the rules I developed for the Best Bet thread I ran at ExactBets. Obviously they reflected the collective judgement of that group of posters, and we'll need to tweak things so that ours similarly reflects us and our "style." Personally, when -1000 was suggested as the chalk limit, I had no problem with it. I expected the heavy chalk players to catch and early lead then bury themselves after one loss, and sure enough within 6 weeks that's exactly how it played out. I like as few rules as possible, although we did implement a "you must make a play before the contest itself starts, which kept out 2nd half lines. Those guys that liked 2H type bets then made 3rd or 4th quarter plays available before gametime, and it was nice to see how their wagering style adapted.

I'm good for two Best Bet grading days a week, preferably weekedays and the earlier in the week, the better. Tuesday and Wednesday would be perfect.

Feel free to plagiarize those rules, too. I'm no longer associated with EB and they stopped doing the Best Bet after I stopped grading it seven days a week.
 
Scholar, I'm not going to get too involved with this. I'll sit back and see how it develops. I'm not a very bright man.

By the way, I hope my gay bashing doesn't offend you. It's all jokes. Just like when I call black people niggers. I don't say that because they're all thugs and criminals who smell like "ass juice". I just call them that because their skin is darker. You understand, right?

I just need a few more minutes, Bread. I've got a tennis play that's probably going to be my biggest bet of the day, but I need to look at 3 other matches first to make sure I'm sharing the strongest play on today's card.
