I don't think that means anything about the views. This site always operates strangely with the views. It seems to accumulate them and add them in bunches. Just now I opened this thread and clicked it 10 times but the views didn't change.

But then later a bunch will get added in one chunk.

It may have something to do with the way your browser refreshes pages. It could also be the way the server/software hosting the site is told to behave regarding this information.
