idk...I guess the laws/rules are different everywhere. I've never had to do that before. You can usually change a childs school pretty easily if you are moving. Though I know the schools around here are super strict about attendance, and if they miss too many days, or are late too many times, regardless the circumstances, they send your ass to court!
