Which Harrah's property (Bally's, Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Harrah's, Rio, Paris, Planet Hollywood, Imperial Palace) has the best sportsbook? How about maybe giving me the top 2 or 3 from that list?

I wouldn't hit limits and I'm not sharp so I don't need to worry about those things, I guess whichever has decent lines and would give me free food along with drinks for betting in the low-to-mid three digits on a game. I guess a tiebreaker would be whichever property had a better hotel room?

Thanks guy.

Yep, lines are the same. Limits and treatment of customers varies, which took me awhile to find out. Hotel rooms and their prices vary a lot.

You can pretty much figure out the quality of the rooms based on the rates.

MrX, I've got comped rooms at pretty much any of the properties. I was going to go with Caesar's Palace, most likely, but was making sure their sportsbook was okay before doing so. I wanted to do all of my action on one specific property for tracking purposes and getting another free trip in the future, since I'll have a free flight (frequent flyer) to go with another (hopefully) free room in Vegas, which I'd plan on taking for March Madness.

If you were at the Bash, you could have joined Bobby and learned a lot from Fishhead. You missed out. He would have filled you with gambling knowledge and semen.

He is hawking two of those TV's for $35. Wonder how much it cost him in gas to take those across-country with the added weight of those huge boxes?

I think Caesar's is your best bet for the sportsbook, although at the limits you're betting, any of them will be fine. Caesar's, Paris, Rio, and PH all have good rooms.

Rio or Caesar's. Rio is off the strip, all rooms are suites. Caesar's nicer book rooms are also good. Don't think you'll get much comp for sport betting, aside from drinks. Stay away from IP, Harrahs and Flamingo.

All the lines are the same so it doesn't really matter where you go. You won't get comps outside of drink tickets for sports betting at Harrah's properties. I'm not sure why you'd want to limit yourself to one book just to save $100 on your next trip, but not much you do makes much of any sense.

lol, well i didn't know this.

what sportsbooks do you recommend that are within walking distance of harrah's properties?

i mean what i'll probably be doing is walking into the sportsbook, looking at the board, and making a bet using my judgement from watching previous games or betting teams i like. i don't really feel like walking around town to find a line 5 cents better

If you want to drink for free, go to the Bellagio. Otherwise, it probably doesn't matter where you go if you don't care about price. If you want to bet live, go to Palazzo. If you want derivatives, go to the Hilton.
