Earlier in the thread you stated you were getting paid 45k a month to make videos, post, blog, and come up with new ideas. You also answered a question saying JJ didnt make much at all. Not to be-little your job duties at RBS but dosent JJ basically cover most of this? and he had been famous from previous boards. So when you say "he didn't make much", are you still saying he made 2000+ or at least close to your salary? if not can you give me a estimate, and as to why he wouldn't of got paid as much as you.

I didn't answer that JJ didn't make much at all, I answered that I didn't know how much he made.

Writing articles for RBS's main page was one of the ways that we drove up traffic from outside of SBR. While I was writing an article pretty much daily that would bring in anywhere from 200 to 1000+ non-SBR eyes a day (for people that were searching these team names on Google, etc), JJ does not bring in any traffic from outside of RBS. You could argue he helps retain traffic because people like him and are amused by his videos, but he doesn't actually help the site grow from the outside.

Also, unlike Loshak/Justin/Myself, JJ doesn't actually provide sports or gambling relevant content. All of his content is basically his schtick, he never stops pretending to be this character and just talk sports like a normal person.

He didn't have defined hours (worked from home, doesn't have to come into the office), he never writes articles, he doesn't run contests, he doesn't moderate, he doesn't do anything other than post and do stupid videos.

I'd say my going in to the office 9-6 every day, providing a daily article (featured on Google News), moderating/slinking on the board, running contests, creating sports relevant discussion on the board as well as sports-relevant vids that were on both youtube (to bring in new traffic) and SBR.tv covers a lot more then what JJ does. All JJ does is play this stupid character and make these stupid videos, posts, and threads to make the board look busier then it is.

What RBS doesn't seem to understand is that guys like him and Nicky aren't needed anymore. In a forum's early stages, I get sacrificing quality for quantity, and having brainless shit like that all over the place to build numbers is fine. But look around at this board... all great guys that started there. WE were driven away, as are many that actually want to talk sports/gamble, by the retardedness spawned by guys like JJ and Nicky. Why you would pay someone to make your forum shitty is beyond me.
 
The reason JJ is successful and some posters stay is because he's a sad, funny, bald and a degenerate gambler. The posters feel better about themselves by having JJ around being a monkey. It's easy to take a liking to the guy if he's mentioning you in a video and acting like a fool.
