Depends on who you are and where you go. I went out last night in the city and had lots of craft beer, we do love it over here. But when I go to the pub across the road, it’s just a standard beer.

If I’m working then I’m up between 6-7am. Weekends between 8-10. Unless I have been out the night before in which case I could get up at any time.
