I set up the routine ages ago so keeping it going is effortless.

They actually work very well so I can eat rather badly and my cholesterol stays right in a good range anyway.

I am..... blood pressure

20 mg Lisinopril once daily

I forget 2-3 times a week

but my blood pressure has been staying low and I check it multiple times a day with a wrist cuff at work.

I think I just needed a wake up call, and watch the diet a bit and exercise again

blood thinner for clot, just started blood pressure meds a couple months ago, starting Ozempic next week.
