Cable & Wireless Plc operates that. They have http://www.lime.com landline, internet and mobile service in 17 islands. I'm sure they do ok.

Looking into it further if you contact Intertops you get island girls cs, so I'm sure they have a call center there. If you call their German line you get German speakers, so they must have something in Deutschland. I asked if my friend Matty was there if he could visit the office and Aisha said unfortunately you cannot. She sounded young too. I'm thinking it's just a generic voip call center.
