I feel like in general the ACV benefits are all unverified, but I feel like absorption and potential benefits would be the same in either form.All the data I’ve read about the benefits of ACV is reference to drinking the unfiltered liquid form (Braggs etc if you will). I wanted to just take a capsule once or twice a day but, nope, all the data says you gotta drink the liquid form.
