Had two handfuls of honey roasted some kind of nuts since going to sleep Sunday night. Been told this but it seems after a couple days you don't feel as hungry as say the first 24 hours. At least not for me.

Victoria has dine around town during the slow season.Had this for dessert,it’s called Billy Miner pie and it’s a mocha flavoured ice cake
