Exactly the same thing as me, within a couple pounds. He had ballooned up to 248 but he cut all alcohol and dropped 10-12 pounds very quickly.

Fwiw, I bought the Magic Spoon cereal for my sons. They love the taste and it’s way healthier than the traditional high sugar/carb cereals they used to eat. Obviously I have destroyed a few bowls of Peanut Butter Magic Spoon after a night out drinking........

"Natural" is probably the worst branding ploy out there.

Absolutely. If I’m not mistaken, there are zero regulations on branding a food product “natural”.

Yeah, home made soup (not the ham) - mirepoix, bag of split peas, and stock, simmer til peas are tender, skim the foam then blitz half and add in diced smoked ham and s&p to taste.

Crush the pretzels into the soup.
