No brekkie and on track to stay well below my 2070 cals per day.

tonight chicken thighs and green beans for dinner. LOTS of green beans.

Keeping a daily food diary on MyFitnesspal has been key in my weight loss journey. I track everything I put in my piehole and all the calories.

I'm going to walk 3.2 KM's (2 Mi) today and burn a couple hundred cals as well.
