I only felt like shit the first day.
and the specific time frame I felt like shit was 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
and then I started to feel a high. In fact, when I got to 6PM on my first day, I kind of didn’t want the high to go away. I was no longer feeling hunger. I waited until 7:30 PM on my first day.
Also, if you feel completely miserable, just break the fast and give it a try another day. No shame in that.
also, food tastes amazing when you break the fast!
