1 cup Oatmeal w/2% milk and 1tbsp maple syrup
4 Mini Cucumbers
3 Carrots
2 Apples
3 Bananas
2 Ham sammiches w/whole wheat bread
2 coffees w/stevia and 10% cream
2 Zero Sugar Monsters

That's it. That's my Wednesday. 1500 calories.
