Kale salad, Tuna Nachos, Halibut Tacos, Prosciutto & Ricotta

@CASPERWAIT$ love your UNIQUENESS with selection of food items above and with what I saw on the food interview. What we're all about going out to eat these days is something differen! I could go to a highly rated restaurant and not even giving it a thought ordering their chicken marsala or veal scaloppine if on the menu.

Though I guess lots of people will continually order their go-to meal at different places.. Makes me always have to do a comparison saying it was better/worst at """". I should have ordered something else. I want wow that looks good and usually opening my mouth too much I ask a question about it and the waiter/waitress might say "it's a very popular item" with hopefully "well do you particularly care for """"?

I’m in Cape Cod hitting different restaurants. I catch myself comparing menus to mine now.

I wanted my menu to be different. I want people to go out of their comfort zone for a reason. If a person finds something they love, they are more apt to come back for that dish.

So many restaurants stay in a comfort zone that borders on boring.

It’s actually very good for you, Shorty.

I did two methods

One meal per day, eat everyday
Two meals per day, fast every third day

Some observations

-After a few weeks of regular fasting the body adapts and sort of expects no food
-One meal per day had a bigger impact on weight loss
-But fasting every third day mentally was better, on the fasting day I didn't even think of food, it just blank out from my mind

Not food but in honor of our friends up north got some of this at Winn-Dixie! Just walking through and never before saw Tim's coffee sold in the US where I have lived. It was a B-O G-O so definitely made out well. It's not LaVazza though I do like it! Only had dark roast so far.

Three hard boiled eggs w salt
Chocolate eclair filled w vanilla pudding
Two hot dogs
Cake
Iced tea, raspberry
I rarely eat breakfast but had 3 eggs over medium for din-din this week along with 2 hot dogs this week in honor of JoeyC getting his 15th Nathan's title. The eclairs or Boston creme donuts I could eat 6 of those no problem in a setting. If going into Wawa or DD (haven't been in awhile) it's MY GO! You have me hankering for one right now.

And what kind of cake was it Stevie? Got another deal for $5 on a restaurant serving Peanut Butter pie. Had a slice last night.
