Ardbeg 10 Yr. Scotch -
Scotland, Islay | (750)mL
**Small Height** For peat lovers, nothing compares to Ardbeg. A heavy, pungent malt that is suprisingly gentle and citrussy on the palate. Its fanatical followers ensure that this distillery is always low on stock, so get it while it lasts!

Shuffled a bunch of bottles around. JDSB drops down to #4, Fighting Cock goes all the way up to #2 and Elijah Craig makes big gains. Bulleit drops to a more reasonable level.

My name is Matty and I approve of this updated list.

I think bourbon might be too strong of a booze to mix drinks with, but on Friday I'm gonna try making the Manhattan.

As an aside, any time I taste bourbon now it just reminds me of Brunswick Ave. It's like smelling my dead grandmother's perfume or something.

Rum-related side note. I brought back a nice 11 year old Santiago Rum. I haven't cracked it yet, but judging by the other Rum I had, I will enjoy this bottle.
