i buy that shit strictly for the caffeine and xanthines. not to loose weight, but to mix absurd amounts of caffeine with alcohol. similar to the concept behind four lokos.

I lost ALL my weight in the gym. I haven't been to a gym in a month, I gained 10lbs. Can't wait to get back at it.

Maybe, i don't lose shit when i do cardio though. Even when i eat good.

Yeah, same here. Was strictly cardio for a couple months. Lost like, 10-12 lbs. As soon as I started up with the weights the lbs started to melt off. I noticed that.

yall got bad genes...
only time I ever got over 165 was with substances and weights
back around 155 now, can eat like a horse, drink like a fish. doesnt effect me, stay the same weight
