Pretty good! I made it almost 30 mins. There was a point at about the 20 min mark I wanted to quit but I put my head down and made it to my destination.

its the 2nd wind......

if you get to like 60 mins.... you reach the runners high

I can't run for 6 mins anymore

hopefully when I turn 40 i'll stop lifting and just get skinny like i'm meant to be and seek to have a long life
 
fuck running and the treadmill fiver, its hell on your joints...and fuck the elliptical, it is useless...stairmaster is by far the best workout for you if you choose the machine route.....i agree with cougar though. if you can do the p90x, do it....or for pure cardio workouts and dropping fat, do the Insanity Cardio videos.. it will burn calories faster than anything else you can do.
