Antoine Dodson is arrested



You never forget the day when you first lose faith in your heroes. Such was the case with The Juice* this week when we learned truth-spewing, crime-fighting viral video star Antoine Dodson had been arrested over the weekend in his home state of Alabama. According to the Huntsville (Ala.)

Times , Dodson was pulled over and arrested early Saturday on a misdemeanor charge of marijuana possession. Just got out of jail off a weak charge, he tweeted afterward.

On Monday, Dodson was arraigned before a judge, where he signed some paperwork about this case and some old traffic tickets and proof-of-insurance violations. As he left the courtroom, he said being arrested sucks and said hed never been in trouble for nothing previously. But as always, he couldnt resist displaying a flash of the old Antoine we all know and love when a reporter asked about the arrest, he said he got pulled over in my Benz E class. Looks like The Bed Intruder Song is paying off.

But hed better save some of that cash for a legal defense fund. His next scheduled court appearance is July 19.

Charles got busted for DUI and he was on a local chicago radio station Waddell and Silvey and they tossed him and underhand softball and said you learned your lesson and will never Drive Under the Influence again will you?

I had much respect for him, even though it was a foolish thing to say. and I hate drunk drivers.
