-First his lawyer said he was firing celebratory shots up in the air.
-Then the version changed saying there was a dispute and that Simon fired a gun to dissolve it.
-Then the lawyer said Simon couldn't have been the shooter because the deceased is his cousin.
-Then there's this quote "Some Dominicans shoot guns in the air on New Year's Eve.."
-Simon fled the scene.
