but they have been getting out of this predisposition recently.... around here at least.... in general, yet these meds and most meds for "active" kids, like most of us here posting in forumville would have been... were over-prescribed in the late 90's and the last decade.

I am hoping that we have reached a correction point though
 
Kendall juiced back in the day. He did have years back in the day with pittsburgh before he tore his ankle up with pretty go ops. I think he hit 15 hr's on average.

which for a catcher that was hitting .325 and stealing bases was pretty good.

I think he took too much steroids I think, and that it was he pretty much tore his foot right off the ankle running to first base one day
 
i missed this thread when it was started...i guess not many people realize that when drinking alcohol, taking adderall has a very similar effect on you that cocaine does...athletes can party like rockstars and not worry about failing drug tests.....
 
Jim bouton was the jose canseco of the 50's/60's and blew the lid of the amphetamine epidemic back then and no one cared but the other players.

IMO speed is better for baseball performance than steroids
