apparently they were trying to distract the tiger by throwing rocks, and the tiger went from playful and at times ignoring the guy to becoming violent by said rock throwing

why not just have matty in a gazelle suit trot by

the yelling and rock throwing gave the zoo enough time to do something you'd think
