You know, there is a lot of luv in this comment. Some may not see it but I do. It says without ever coming out and saying it that you are thinking of me like a young apprentice with promise. It also says that this apprentice disappointed you.

The TOTAL wasn't an issue. I was concerned about the side so essentially I was only TEASING the side and the TOTAL just came along for the ride cause there was no other game to use last night. I'm not gonna get into a battle over why it's wrong to TEASE a TOTAL in college (or maybe NFL, I dunno) because that involves a bunch of math and math makes my head hurt.
 
We've got the Fish +3 +130 hosting The Texans. Houston is everyone's darlings after shallacking Indy in week one.

Thoughts: Houston is pretty good, not THAT good and Manning is by far the most valuable player to his team in the league and he has been every year for a long time. One of many things I took away from the Pats game is that despite all the redonkulous yards the Pats put up Miami was in the game at the end. Henne actually does look significantly better. I still think they are fucked on 3rd and short situations with Bush though - he's not that guy.

Miami feels embarrassed, tightens up their D and pulls this out and Houston comes crashing back down to earth. I am not cool enough to pick that in the pool though. Not even close.
