many are playing the game and infected but are told they don't meet the criteria for the test even still. They go home and recover and are not part of the #s

many already got it, currently have it, or will have it that were, are, or will be the asymptomatic type, or very very mild had it and recovered or will recover but won't even attempt to get a test. but are no where to be found or counted in any #'s
