Bump for some predictions! Don't be afraid of possibly being way off by the end of the year! Even the bases experts on TV can be!

Probably got more chance to get closer here than say picking the Stanley Cup winner! A 1st/2nd seed or a 6th/7th seed in hockey? It doesn't matter! The regular season is way swayed to the meaningless side, eh?
:usa:

Jose abreau wins MVP
Xander bogaerts makes all star team
Matt Barnes is Red Sox closer by end of year.
Felix Hernandez wins 25 games
Daniel Norris has his van carjacked.
Matt Harvey and the mets win more games than the Yankees.
Mookie betts steals 50 bases
Chase utley, ryan Howard, and cole hamels all get traded during the season

Hopefully Hamels has a great 1st half and we extra value for him! Utley and Howard both could make the AS team and still get a bag of bats and balls!

1. Yankees initial five man rotation combines for more wins than any other team in the AL East.

2. Mike Trout has an off year. Hits below .300 and less than 90 runs.

3. Cleveland Indians make the playoffs.

4. So do the Arizona Diamondacks

5. Mike Napoli is the MVP of the Red Sox

6. Cubs lose slightly more games than they win (79-83)

7. National League wins the All Star Game

8. AL Cy Young comes out of the AL Central

9. NL Cy Young comes out of the NL East

10. Tigers vs Mets in the World Series. Tigers in 6

Yeah, no.

I'm surprised it's even that close. Yelich (-0.6) has had an incredibly slow start but he'll end up with a 2.5-3.5 WAR. He has been hitting pisss rods lately.

We will need updates on this at the beginning of July, Aug and September.

I believe Fangraphs has more precise WARs but those are in the ballpark.

Keep in mind too that Stantons BABIP is .263

Then again, he probably has VERY few ABs that are not K's or HR's

lol

Looked things over to see where familiar faces went to new places and this what I have .....

Playoff teams:

Wash
St Louis
LAD
Pitt/Padres WC

Toronto
Cleveland
LAA
Seattle/Boston WC

Wash over LAA

Nats starting rotation appears too good!

Doesn't look good for Nats or even Angels making the playoffs!

Right now rooting for Cubbies to win it all, then Rangers (Hamels) and Buccos 3rd choice! No other team has my interest Toronto would probably be there but 1993 still hurts!
