I watched the men's World Cup and saw guys flopping all over the place and Yellow cards coming out for the most minor of things. Now watching this women's World Cup they are making serious contact with each other and penalties appear to be hard to come by. They seem to allow the women to play a more physical game.

Is there a chance they control the physicality on the field to try and prevent the potential rioting in the stands for the men?
