On day 3 of Ozempic.

Didn't notice anything on day 1 but the next day I ate 1 meal consisting of a broiled chicken leg and breast and a couple handfulls of peanuts in the shell (approx 1500 cals total) at around 230pm and felt stuffed until at least midnight.

Woke up the next day not feeling hungry until the afternoon and ate the same meal with the same result. Satisfaction.

I pay $261 CAD ( $180USD) for my monthly supply. Have to pay out of pocket because I'm NOT diabetic and cost is only covered by my plan for diabetic use, not weight loss.

I'm optimistic.

6 bucks a day. I gotta think most extreme fatties would easily save more than that in junk and fast food savings if it works that fast

335 starting weight, want to get to 225. Best I could do on my own (after more than a year) was 275 and I gained back 60.

I only weigh myself when I have a Dr visit so I won't know my weekly weight loss it will be bi monthly, which is fine.

My biggest issue is late night snacking, which the Ozempic seems to be able to handle, I'm feeling very full at night so am not looking for a snack.

Also will be walking/biking more once the winter ends. Looking forward to riding again.

The goal is to lose 50lbs by July.
