@Archie I’m not sure if there’s a timeline. The one I’m currently on seems to have less of the rebound effect, but I’m also not opposed to a maintenance dose.

On day 3 of Ozempic.

Didn't notice anything on day 1 but the next day I ate 1 meal consisting of a broiled chicken leg and breast and a couple handfulls of peanuts in the shell (approx 1500 cals total) at around 230pm and felt stuffed until at least midnight.

Woke up the next day not feeling hungry until the afternoon and ate the same meal with the same result. Satisfaction.

I pay $261 CAD ( $180USD) for my monthly supply. Have to pay out of pocket because I'm NOT diabetic and cost is only covered by my plan for diabetic use, not weight loss.

I'm optimistic.
