I just got some 90% cocoa Lindt chocolate bars at the store and ate two squares. Old habit from my keto dieting days. Wifey saw a bar of chocolate, broke off a piece and ate it without knowing what it was (the stuff is dry and bitter.)

-Oh dear, this has a sandy taste to it.
-It gets better when it starts melting in your mouth.
-*frowns* What is it?
-90% cocoa chocolate. You do it for the flavanols.
-The flavanols are good for you?

I eat that as my dessert. It is bitter but to me it’s a good bitter. I like it quite a bit

Dingo is Vancouver as beautiful as I heard? When I lived in Vegas I met many Vancouver tourists. The girls there seem VERY fit.

I actually live in Victoria,BC which is a 2 hour ferry trip away from Vancouver.I lived in Vancouver for 10 years and go there often as I have family there but it’s too fast paced for me now.The entire west coast of BC is very beautiful with lots of trees and mountains.The girls are generally fit because you can do outdoor activities year round
Only real downside to this area is that real estate and cost of living is very expensive otherwise it’s paradise
