Baby Reindeer was disturbing as fuck. From what I gather it's almost entirely autobiographical, meaning the lead actor who also created the show reenacted his own manrape. :wah:

The acting is top-notch and there are quite a few funny moments, but all are coated in a thick layer of psychosexual trauma. As steves would say, heavy stuff.

"Paranormal Witness"

It ran for 5 seasons on SYFY network.

If you have YouTubeTV it's free,
I think Peacock too.

Anyway, it's by far the most well done show I've seen of it's type. All eyewitness accounts, with actors and special effects going while they explain what happened.

Welcome to spooky season 👻

I watch these every year.

Okay so I’m binge watching TV shows lately.

Watched “Bojack Horseman” and “Ted Lasso”.

Bojack is officially in my Top Ten of all time. Absolutely fantastic. There are 4 episodes that blew my mind. Just a triumph of television.

Ted Lasso was what it needed to be. Season one was heartwarming and inspiring. Season Two was much the same. Season Three was hit or miss, but the series finale was perfect.

I recommend both if you guys haven’t watched them

Watched The Substance with a good named cast and thought strange plot but okay at start. As time went on got more and more off the wall type of substance. And the ending scene along with a few before for us was incredibly strangely bad! Dennis Quaid had his moments but as time goes on he probably like to forget about them.

I mean if Emma Stone got an Academy Award for being naked most of her winning movie part, well Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley should be getting the awards for Best and Best Supporting Actresses. And the background music, more like noise to me was .... :dunno:

That said saw was 7.8 rated one placce and most movie pundits said it was excellent. Maybe being Baby Boomers was the issue in not liking it. Thinking most of our generation wouldn't be their cup of tea.:dunno:
